We always strive to keep our menu seasonal and where possible locally sourced. Winter is our favourite time of year for British produce;
Over the coming weeks we’ll be showcasing;
Scottish & Cornish Seafood – mussels and Isle of Mull scallops
Meat & Game – pheasant, duck and venison are great this time of year
Fruit & Veg – we’re loving sprout tops, Jerusalem artichokes and celeriac right now. You can’t beat a hearty winter soup made from these
